Subscription term
Plans are billed monthly in advance with a one-month minimum term. GST is additional where applicable.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew for the next monthly term unless cancelled before the next billing date, subject to the signed order form.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly term. Access remains available through that date unless suspended for breach or security reasons.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Approved exceptions, custom work, third-party costs, and statutory rights are governed by the signed order form and applicable law.
Data at termination
Customers may request a supported export before termination. The draft retention assumption is 30 days after termination, after which data may be deleted subject to legal, security, and accounting requirements.
